another e-mail to that acount: the e-mails will most likely be deleted. and if not, the sender will reveive a message that thee account no longor exists.

They will be lost unless you send these to a new account or otherwise save them to something else, I would copy and paste to notepad and save in MY documents or some other folder.

they will be blocked from yahoo and the sender will be notified and then stop sending the updates to that address
