A drug is any chemical substance, other than a food or device, that affects the function of living things. Drugs can be used to treat illness, or they can be used recreationally to alter behavior and perception.
medication is a drug taken to cure or reduce symptoms of an illness or medical condition. Medications are generally divided into two groups -- over the counter (OTC) medications, which are available in pharmacies and supermarkets without special restrictions, and Prescription only medicines (POM), which must be prescribed by a physician. Most OTC medication is generally considered to be safe enough that most persons will not hurt themselves accidentally by taking it as instructed. Many countries, such as the UK have a third category of pharmacy medicines which can only be sold in registered pharmacies, by or under the supervision of a pharmacist. However, the precise distinction between OTC and prescription depends on the legal jurisdiction. Medications are typically produced by pharmaceutical companies and are often patented. Those that are not patented are called generic drugs.
Recreational drug use is the use of psychoactive drugs for recreational purposes rather than for work, medical or spiritual purposes, although the distinction is not always clear. Regardless of medical supervision, this label does not apply to the use of drugs for utilitarian purposes, such as the relief of fatigue or insomnia, or the control of appetite.

The draft is not approximately contracts of direction, it is approximately rights to signal a participant. Lot's of gamers get waived after the draft. Which may be the plus for overseas gamers, you'll be able to draft 'em now, and feature a well period of time, earlier than you are obligated to do some thing, so it is usually a tactical transfer, in case your roster's looked after. And a number of the Euro gamers have a agreement, so there is a negotiation of a purchase-out that demands to take location, and by way of a few tousled rule, the group may not aid the participant(over $500,000), so the participant will have got to pay a LOT of cash to be allowed to visit the NBA. It's probably the most factors Rubio did not cross instantly, he needed to pay one million million $ out of his possess pocket, which he slightly could've had. And draft rights do not expire, so if you acquired the rights, you acquired the rights. A greater answer with the draft disorders for European gamers could be to have the groups, do the purchase-out, alternatively of forcing a sixteen-20 yr historical to speculate oftentimes good over $one million,000,000 in an uncertain long term.

The 76ers might be on whatever Seattle is smoking too.l think Billy King was riding on PUFF THE MAGIC DRAGIN when he made Rodney Carney his pick. Don;t get me wrong, I mean, Carney is a hell of an athlete, and a hell of a player, but if I remember right, King picked someone like him a couple years ago, someone named.... Oh yeah, Andre Iguodala!!! He had a chance to get Marcus Williams (A POINT GUARD WE NEED!!!) and instead gets this guy who can play either the 2 or the 3. EXCEPT.........We have guys that are playing there already... Thanx B.King for nothing.
BTW: If he does have the BALLZ to trade Iverson, he better get something or he can take the 1 way ride to the unemployment line with Isiah Thomas (Knicks fans I feel sorry for u)

Houston management was drugged when they traded Rudy Gay. He might turn out to be the best player of the draft.
Anyway. Right now Washington is on the clock at 17. The Lakers haven't chosen yet(26 and 56 I think). I'll get back to you on that.

Speaking for the sixers, i think we really need to get rid of billy king before he trades iverson and keeps messing up our team, he picks some one just like andre i, and doesnt address our needs. We still have bumb *** chris webber and he over signs all of our players, 40million for brian skinner, and the lis goes on we dont have a 2nd round pick until one of lebrons unborn children is old enough to get drafted, he is the worst, well second to worst behind the knicks Gm.0
