If possible hire a car and drive yourself to these spots. They are all worth visiting but you really need more than a day in Bath to do it justice. (my hometown) Windsor and the castle will take more than a day to do properly and you really don't want to be rushed around Stonehenge either.

I think Trafalgar also does these tours but so does London walks,
Stonehenge costs 6 pounds you can't get too close , it won't take that long. I just saw Windsor from the outside - it's beautiful
I thought Bath was overrated an it costs 10 pounds.

The Original London Walks company does day trips to these places which include travel and a guide. We use them a lot and they're great.
