A yeast infection makes a thick, whitish discharge, sorta like cottage cheese.

The mucous in the vagina (that which comes from the cervix) changes throughout your cycle. Some women use these signs to know when they are fertile. It can be like egg white, like slightly whipped cream, or very thin like thick water.

Yes honey don't worry it's perfectly normal. My teenage daughter had the same thing and had the same concern. I remember I had the same thing too before my first menstruation, and my sister as well. It is just normal hormonal changes that occur in readiness for womanhood. Ain't it fun being a girl?

Yes, girlly.... you do. That's just your body getting ready for your period. I had that for about a year before I got my period...and you still have to deal with that every time you ovulate...so it's normal. You're perfect!

Everyone is different- you may just have thick discharge. Ask your GYN or your doctor about it on your next appointment.
