if you want to use a spray i suggest going to a salon or tanning place to get that done. Every one of the sprays i have bought only made me orange and now that i go do it at the salon it looks much better and more natural. Now if you want a lotion kind, when your at the store check to see if the lotion color is anywhere close to orange. if it is then don't get it. Only buy ones that are a tan color or light brown or beige. My sister and I tried tons of different ones and these are the ones we had the best results with: Avon skin so soft satin glow, dove energy glow, and Cliques self tanner. Depending on what you want to spend for it. Good luck and if you have any questions just email me i will be glad to help out!!!

Use St. Tropez. It's a bit more expensive than the others but it is so worth it. You're not left looking fake and orange and it's really great because it's brown straight out of the bottle. You don't need much at all and it really lasts! I would suggest getting a bottle of their self tanning lotion remover also because the tanner is pretty strong. Try grabbing it on EBay or something, might be a little cheaper so it won't be as bad if you don't like it!

I have been down the road of self-tanners a hundred times. I think I have tried them all from the most expensive to the cheap drug store brands. I am very pale and all of them streaked on me or looked orange or made me just look dirty even though I would exfoliate.
I am happy to report that I tried the Vaseline Intensive Care glow moisturizer for fair skin with a hint of self-tanner in it and it really does work. It gave me a nice color and no streaking. I put it on every night after I shower. You have to dry off good and don't put it on in the bathroom since it is so humid after a hot shower. For my face, I am using the Jergens Face Glow Lotion for fair skin.

Neutrogena Sunless Tanning Spray Micro Mist, because the mist spreads out more evenly than foam or lotion.
