what is this?

on my butt there is this red thing and its round.when i sit on it ,it kinda hurts and when i touch it it hurts/burns...is it a pimple O.o

A boil or a zit here is a something you can do, apply a hot compress to the area for 30 minutes every few hours. It should burst and drain on its own. After it does burst, you should keep the area clean with an antiseptic soap and try to avoid contaminating other areas of the skin with the drained matter. You should never try to squeeze or lance the boil yourself because you could spread the infection and make it worse.

Almost definitely a boil. Eventually it will get a white head on it like a zit and burst. Be careful, all the stuff inside is infectious and can cause more.

You can get stuff for it, and if it's uncomfortable a doctor can drain it for you, otherwise keep it clean and sterile with an antiseptic, and cover it with some gause or a porus bandage.

if it's kind of by your tailbone and not actually on the cheek itself, it might be a pilonidal abcess and you'll have to go see a doctor for it. if it's on the cheek it's probably a pimple or a boil.
