If a heart gets out of rhythm and beats too fast, it can stop. It happened to my brother last year. 95% of people who have sudden cardiac arrest die before they get to the hospital.
I'm lucky, my brother was saved by CPR given by a policeman.

For sure. If the pressure is too high you can effectively 'blow a valve'. It wouldn't explode, as in go boom, but certainly wouldn't be good for you.

It won't explode but there is a such thing has your heart over beating it's self to death. if fact it's a disease my grandma has it.

No, you might have a heart attack, but it could never physically explode.

no hon not true. if blood pressure and pulse go too high you can rupture any weakened vessles or capilarys (weakened geneticaly or by injury malformation or disease)
but your heart is made of muscle and will not "blow up"

YES IT CAN , THE VESSELS IN AND AROUND THE HEART CAN RUPTURE AND THEREFORE ESPLODE . THIS CAN HAPPEN FROM USING STREET DRUGS , A HEART DISEASE , HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE , ECT .
