Who was the Filipino rock group who hit #16 on the US charts in 1963 & the name of that song?

The band was comprised of four brothers and their dad. It was their only major hit!

The name of the group was The Rocky Fellers...the song "Killer Joe". ;)

You've got me stumped - here are two links to top hits of 1963...and a site of "One Hit Wonders-1963", and I couldn't figure out who the group is!
