I'm thinking about pursuing a career in genetics, but I'm not really sure what jobs are available in the field. The only one I know of, and that I have information about, is a genetic counselor. Any others?

Police dept genetist helps in solving cases of rape, murder, etc.
Population geneticist helps in zoos, wild life reservations, restoration programs.
Lots of work on crops gene programs.
Research on genetic deseases and genetic cures.
Improvement of cattle by improving resistance to infections.

6)in research in acquaculture etc......................
