My husband, who my son and I have an order of protection against, because of abuse, wants visitation with my son. My son is afraid of him and does not want to see him. The court guardian appointed to my son lied in court and told the judge that my son agreed to see his father. He also did not discuss with me what he was going to tell the court. I signed an agreement for visitation because the guardian told me that my son had told him that he wanted to see his father. When I got home my son was very scared and upset and told me that he never agreed to that. My daughter, who was present when they talked confirmed what my son said. I want to file a complaint against the court guardian because I signed the agreement based on his deception. How do I do this? thank you!

You need to contact an attorney, the state bar association and the guardian's supervisor. Your son needs to tell them what you just said here. Best of luck to you. You may be able to get the issue overturned if someone decieved you.

I think that you should have fully confirmed with your son to make sure that you guys were all on the same page. If you weren't given a chance or were not given any time you shouldn't have signed anything if you knew what you "husband" did. i mean, since it's now done, you should go to court with your son. I'm not completely sure how it works but get through to your lawyer or get one if you don't already have one. do anything in your power to get the justice you and your son deserve. good luck and god bless you. REALLY!
