I like to use MAC for eyeshadow, blush, foundation. Great quality, not super expensive. And their brushes last forever. I also keep a compact of their Studio Fix (powder) in my purse, it is fantastic.
For lipstick, I use Cover Girls long lasting stuff--it has two tubes. One in a lip stain, the other is a gloss. It usually lasts me all day and doesn't rub off on anything. It is about $10 a tube.
For eyeliner, I like Revlon's liquid eyelinder for the top lid ($10) and any generic black pencil for the undereye.

Good price being the keyword...
Maybelline Wonder Finish is an amazing foundation.
CoverGirl Lash Exact mascara I think it's called... it's in a purple tube. It's around 7 bucks and it's the best I've ever used.
Eyeliner, I swear by Maybelline New York Expert Wear, great for smoky eyes!
All of this stuff can be fouind at places like Target for a pretty good price!!

I'm only 11 so i don't know a whole lot about maek up yet but I want to be a makeup artist after college!
Eyeliner- I don't really know any real good eyeliner brands cuz I just started experimenting with it!
Blush- Stuff by Hilary Duff
Lipgloss- Shinylicious by Maybeline New York
Mascara- Cover girl marathon water proof
Eyeshadow- bonne bell!
Fondation- Dream matte mosse!

I guess it depends on what you would consider a "good price". I think that the eye liner that I buy is a good price, it's about $7. It's by Amay. I like Covergirl Perfect Lash Mascara, it's about $6. Eye shadow: I like to use pretty much anything that I can find in a color i like. Then I also love Bare Minerals, but they're not very cheap, but works great.

If you want excellent makeup, i recommend using i.d. bare minerals. You can usually find it in Sephora. This brand has sheer, natural looking makeup and it contains healthy vitamins for your skin. However, it may be expensive at times. So, if your looking for a nice quality makeup with a cheap price, try Neutrogena brand. They are cheap, but they makeup quality is beyond great. I really find this makeup worth my money.

I've found that most drug store makeup isn't the best. Usually I use MAC, Prescriptives, Origins, Lancome, Clinique. You pay a little bit more but the product you are getting is very much worth it.

I use Merle Norman and it is reasonably priced for such a good product. You must also remember that if you do not take care of your skin, cleansing, toning, and moisturizing, there is no makeup that will look truly well.

Mac I think is the best, but can be costly. If you want something at a good price I think Lorea'l is great.
