How do you turn the modem (for XP home edition) back on for dial-up?

had hi-speed, but now back to dial-up. Get "no dial tone" now. Can any one show me how to turn modem back on? TIA

Click on Start, then Control Panel, then Network and Internet connections, then Internet Optiont, then tab Connections, then push add and dial-up. At least that's how someone from India probably coached me to do it :) hey, worked for me

Right-click on my computer, select properties, click on the hardware tab and click on device manage. Click on Modems and see if it's enabled. If not, enable it.
