I am looking for a tie dye skirt. Green Dragon was on the tag. It wasnt cotton or gauze material?

Has any one heard of this clothing line?I saw this lady at a water park and the skirt was so pretty. It was brown/ beige tye die. It looked like it could have been some sort of micro fiber material. She had the top of the skirt folded over and I think the tag read green dragon. Didnt have time to stop and chat- with four kids at the time!
