its been bugging me, hes always like crap and fighting..and argueing..what could i also do to help.

He's probably with her for serveral reasons. It might be that he's scared to be alone. That he doesn't want to hurt her. That he thinks its gonna get better. Stuff like that. Only he can decide to end the relationship. Just love him and support his decisions, even if u don't agree with them.

Unfortunately, he is the only one who has the answer to that question. As for you, take him out to meet new people and if he is truly unhappy it won't take long for him to find a replacement.
