You need to bone up on some street smarts my friend. You need to follow your conscience and go to positive places where people meet for postive reasons. If you see people hanging out on a street corner handing each other little baggies, you can bet that they are bad news. Steer clear. Call health and human services and tell them that you are looking for good programs and community services that you can volunteer or get involved in. There you will find good people.
