If they are tightly sqeezing the arm, then yes! It'll make your arm appear larger than it really is. But if it's not TOO tight, then you're fine...you just don't want the shirt to look too small!

no they don't because i've worn polos like that polos like that look really good this is my opinion but wait and see what the other answers are
