I don't know. How ever I have some guesses.
1. They have ugly feet.
2. They have some toe nail fungus.
3. They come from a horrible world that thinks socks are the thing for sandals.
4. They don't like to get pedicures.
5. They are DE DE DE and just can't look at what other people are doing that know what is in fashion.

Actually you might be surprised to know that when people wear socks-and -sandals, it means they want to be a pro basketball player or a pro baseball player. The reason they wear socks and Adidas Sandals is so that if they get challenged they don't have to go and put on socks then sneakers and waste time, they can just go. Think about it, if you were wearing just flip-flops, and you had to play baseball, you would fall when batting. So that's why most people wear socks and sandals.Also, with adidas sandals, the bottoms are spiky, so you have to wear socks!

Great question! I work in an office building with 4 floors. I was on the elevator with this really good looking guy the other day and he had socks on with his sandals. Totally ruined his hotness.

I wear nylons with sandal heels. Like right now, I am wearing 4" heels with nylons. They are a strappy sandal style. I love it!! But I would never wear guy socks with guy sandals. Heck, I don't wear guy socks anymore anyway. I just wear nylons 24/7

sometimes I do it because I usually have socks on in the house to keep my feet warm and I like the extra cushion, then I will want to run to the corner store for milk or something and I will just slip on my sandals. I don't do it when I go anywhere farther.

My husband does this and it drives me nuts!!! He also likes to wear super baggy shorts. No, not fashionable baggy, I mean he purposely goes out of his way to buy his clothes way bigger than his size. He says he does it because it's "comfortable". I think he looks like he's wearing a skirt!

a few reasons but I will mention one that I know of. Their foot feels unclothed without them, and Winter is still on their mind.
