And you have probably se en thi s one. Israel is the nation most often mentioned in the Bible. But do you know which nation is second? It is Iraq! However, that is not the name that is used in the Bible The names used in the Bible are Babylon, Land of Shinar, and Mesopotamia . The word Mesopotamia means between the two rivers, more exactly between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers. The name Iraq, means country with deep roots.

Indeed Iraq is a country with deep roots and is a very significant country in the Bible.

No other nation, except Israel, has more history and prophecy associated it than Iraq.

And also, This is something to think about!

Since America is typically represented by an eagle. Saddam should have read up on his Muslim passages...

The following verse is from the Koran,

(the Islamic Bible)

Koran (9:11 ) - For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah;

And there was peace.

(Note the verse number!) Hmmmmmmm?!
This is a ribbon for soldiers fighting in Iraq.

We do not leave Iraq because the Iraqi people are not strong
enough to stop the country from reverting back to its original form
of government and our government will not take the chance of
losing control of the oil. Our move into the middle east is permanent. No other country will take this responsibility.

Because America has a massive petro-chemical addiction [it's like crack except that nearly EVERYONE is hooked, whether they know it or not].
If we withdraw now, we will lose control of significant oil reserves due to the instability of Iraq's current political situation & the powers-that-be don't like that idea very much, as it cuts into their profits. The only reason we're over there is to secure these assets for our military-industrial complex. Truman warned us after WW2, but we didn't listen...now we're paying the price.

the Government is still very unstable, just like the ones down in Africa that are having mutiple people trying to take over the government.

I think it would be rude of us to leave the government instable, then people would blaim it on us, because we left the country.

the government that they elected... isn't quite the one we wanted them to elect... and even though Rumsfeld likes to gloat about all the Iraqi troops they have trained (250,000 I think I heard him say last)... they clearly don't trust them to take over the security... if they do have 250,000... that should be more than enough in a country that size?
