No matter where you live all women's anatomy is exactly the same, the only differences are the same differences as everybody else - hair, eyes, height, weight, and so on. Men's anatomy is the same, no differences no matter where you live on the planet.
It's all about personal preference.

Believe it or not, I know a lot of East Asian women who don't go for White men, even though I believe White Male and Asian Female relationships make up a higher percentage of the interracial relationships.

I heard that their vagina's go side ways but thats a myth. No their anatomy are the same as any woman except their build smaller,because of lack of milk.

Your question is weird.... Anyways... I am an Asian myself. You can say that we are much smaller in size... (Even though mostly are quite tall.... ) compared to the westerns. I can say that our 'anatomy' does not vary from others....
