Unless you get surgery there is no good way to get rid of fat, exercise and a healthy eating plan are what works and you'll stay healthy afterwards because of all the effort you put in.....If you adopt the attitude that you will succeed, then no-one will notice that you even have a little fat on you!!

So your skin can adjust slowly to your new size with out the flab. exercises that you can manage with your lifestyle. If it was easy there would be no obesity in the world. Only the rich can afford quickly.

Its not healthy, atkins or south beach diet you are suppose to lose like 14 pounds in 2 week, you could take diet supplements buts thats really bad for you, oh yeah excerise a lot

Eat a small breakfast everyday then do 15mins of yoga,eat green leafy anything for lunch skip supper and drink water every time you get hungry also try ice if you feel the need to chew on something.

drink water,no breads, and take a colon cleanser. Keep in mind u will be in the bathroom a lot and this is not the healthies way to loose weight.

give up all sweets and eat some fruit or veggies instead of a huge snack. and exercise. but it isnt very healthy to do crash dieting because you will just gain the weight right back when you start to eat again. btw you have a nice name lol

Run everyday for 30 minutes, dancing, dieting,weight lifting, crunches, yoga,and drink LOTS AND LOTS of water too.
