Most people do that nowadays and believe me they do that out of an inferiority complex...i mean that someone might hate you for no reason just because he feels that you're better somehow or has something he hasn't...it's mankind tragedy...try to accept the fact that not all people are alike and some other people don't change no matter what..

Now, in answer to your question, people hate ideas and actions and not people, this is why its easier to hate someone on an answers forum, you dont know them. For example :Its easy to hate the girl talking about getting an abortion when youve been trying for a baby for 5 years and cant have one, but if it were your little sister you may disagree with her decision, but you would never hate her.

Sometimes it stems from what they have been taught by their parents. If their parents do not like certain religious organizations or ethnic groups, then more than likely their children will not like them either. Sometimes it may just be that one is a Cancer and the other is also a Cancer. Sometimes certain zodiac signs just don't get along as well as others.

because people dont have anything else better to do with their lives so when they see someone doing better than themselves, they try to bring them down to their level. basically because people are ignorant.
