Two websites that are pretty good for free poker is ultimatebet.com and bodog.com. Other pokersites like absolutepoker.com, fulltilt.com, and partypoker.com also are available to use. They all have freeroll tournaments that offer real prizes and real money.
Bodog.com offers freerolls daily with prizepools from $250 to $1000. Of course you have to go through a field of about 2000 players, but its fun and at least you can win something, although you may play for up to 4-5 hours. Ultimatebet also has freeroll tournaments as well. They have a tournament where you can win points that can be used to enter real tournaments, or qualifying tournaments to enter into another tournament on sundays where you can win a $100 buy-in to a real tournament.
These websites are free, fun, and who knows maybe you may even win something.

One piece of advice...whichever site you choose, do not - I repeat, do NOT - go to the .net download. You'll get spyware with the game in some cases, possibly. Try going to a league such as Pokerworld-Home and you'll find a lot of rooms - then, if you do decide to ever play for cash, downloading through the league entitles you to special benefits at the respective Poker sites. =)

I play at www.bravotv.com (celebrity poker) the Camel site www.CamelSmokes.com you can win some real prizes there on the camel site but you have to be 18 to register on the site but there is also black jack and roulette to play you get 1000 chips a day to play for points or you can play in practice rooms

www.fulltiltpoker.net is one of the better sites in my opinion, choose great avatars and sometimes you can get lucky to sit down at a table with a pro poker player.
