Try going out for a friendly lunch or after hours meeting and discuss your feelings or simply to get away from the prying eyes of your co-workers. See if there is an attraction or if nothing can come of it, for whatever reason, accept that and move on. Agree to remain friends without the unnecessary tension.

Don't be a horn-dog at work or you won't last too long. You should be thinking about going out a night or two and never-mind that some girl at work is hot...all girls are hot! Leave her alone...!! Don't you need that job to pay your bills and stuff...??
