What made you turn to this kind of job? Do you like what you do or do you have to do what you do to survive? Nobody ever wants to hire a hooker for a front desk job or a drive through a McDonalds so sometimes they have to do what they got to just to get by.

first things first. i'd ask, "are you a cop?" they have to tell you if they are but ONLY AFTER you ask them first. they don't have to volunteer the info but must respond with the truth if you ask. IT's THE LAW! if yes, SAY NOTHING MORE AND WALK AWAY. if they're not, then by all means proceed with your intentions, as long as they are "legal" intentions, of course. yeah, right! secondly, i'd ask her about any social diseases she may have by asking "are you clean?"....then you can ask about the terms.

I wouldn't say anything because I don't want to have sex with a prostitute, and if she does that it is her business (although I don't think it is a GOOD business to take part in).
