Buy it. No one is stopping you here.

Do you mean a dedicated server at an ISP for hosting a web site?

It's really insane this site - people ask 6 word questions with no context and expect a good answer to their question.

Find an ISP that sells them and buy them. Call a computer manufacturer and order one. A dedicated server for WHAT?

you dont have to buy a dedicated server ? do you have a computer that you can use as a server then just place NT, OR 2000 on it. And walla there you go you will have a dedicated server.
Dedicated server just means that you have a computer dedicated to one objective or job.
What ever you want the server for you can make it yourself then just run it.
hope this helps

You can purchase your own rack server and find a webhosting company that will host it for you. I forgot the exact term for this, but many companies do this ..

you can also rent one
