I saw the movie when I was a kid, it's been a long time. I thought it was funny. I loved the scene with Steve Martin singing "you'll be a dentist" and he's like "say ahhh..." pretty funny stuff. I love Steve Martin and Rick Moranis.

There are many excellent--as well as funny--songs in it, and the love story is good--up until the end that is. Definitely not for young children.The cast sings in the true back-up singer style. While the plant can be a little far fetched depending on how the costume is designed--the ending is quite depressing. Not quite as depressing as Jekyll and Hyde though.

Awesome movie havnt seen it in a while but always watch when its on cable.
If you like Rick Moranis you'll love it, cameos by Bill Murray, John Candy, Steve Martin as well.

seen both the stage production and the original movie (with Jack nicholson as a crazy guy who goes into the dentists...)
actually got it on DVD
