Dancing is fun because you can go crazy. Dancing is fun because you can make a fool out of yourself....dancing is fun because it just is.

Dancing is more than just an expression it is part of one's soul. It is a form of communication. A cultural phenomena that interwines your body movements to musical beats. It comes from a place within you and captivates your body and your senses into rythmic beauty if you do it well off course. Because it is within you and because it usually comes from a happy place within you, it lights you up and makes you shine. Dancing is a marriage of music and your body - being able to be in sync with the beat of the music and the right beats, the base, the tribal drums. Some people hear music but not the beats and so they look funny dancing cuz they are out of sync with the rhythm. Dancing is fun because you get to unwind, relax your body, allow the music to embrace you and take over you sometimes. It is freedom - freedom to do and communicate whatever you want without words. It's freedom of expression because you can communicate with your body whatever you want and simply not care about anyone else even though they may be laughing at you or with you. You're in the moment and its great.

The absolute freedom of expression. THe pure joy of it.
Feeling the beat, teh rhythm or just the song speaking to you.
Where i go to dance there are people dancing who can't dance at all but they are having so much fun on teh dance floor that no one cares.

it takes out alot of energy that you wanted to put out with others in a positive way
the music makes you feel high specially if its some song you like
and the atmosphere makes you go more into it
you know when you are in a restaurant alone you wont feel like eating till you are surrounded by people specially if you like

because humans like to move their bodies around and especially do so with those they are sexually attracted to or to show off their wares to those who they are sexually attracted to. Look at how animals do their little mating dances, no different really.

the whole experience, its the movement the shakes and the pluses it just give you this high, well its like that for me anyway plus it relieves some stress and makes me happy
