i honestly think germany should win this match, since they have been playing outstanding football. however, for some reason, i think argentina will take this one.

Argentina beat West Germany 3-2 in the 1986 finals in Mexico. Germany beat Argentina 1-0 in the 1990 finals in Italy. I would like to see Argentina win against Germany this time but it's an uphill task for them.

Carlos Tevez says (go him!) that when the fans are cussing at him, it just makes him want to win more. The rest of Argentina's players are used to playing away games and having crowds against them, so they will handle playing the home team just like they've handled everything else. Also, it looks like Lucho is finally able to play in midfield, and the defensive gap we saw in Arg-Mex will be filled (by Burdisso, Cufre, or somebody OTHER than Scaloni).
Germany is going DOWN. :) Not by much, but just enough to get Argentina to the semis.

My brother and I played each other in FIFA World Cup 2006 for Xbox. I was Argentina and he was Germany. Germany won in a PK shootout, and so far we have been 2 for 2 (Czech win over US and Ghana win over US).

That is going to be a tough match, it could go either way here since both teams are pretty good and have good players. However, I hope that Argentina makes it.
