geico is trying to sue any suggestion for 10,000 what can i do?

Most likely they won't try to sue, they will give you a chance to pay what they feel you owe and then they will sue. They have lawyers, they know what they are doing.

What can I do? -
1. If you believe you owe them the money, try to work out a settlement and arrangements
2. If you don't, go see a lawyer
