Go to the libraby in St. Louis, MO & check out the back issues of the local newspapers for the time frame. If you have a date narrowed down or the specific date you will get the best results. Was the drug bust a big one to where it would have made the news or at least a mention of it in the local area newspaper of where it happened? If not, try doing a criminal background check on the person involved or try public records.

You can search on yahoo for news stories back then or I think there is a website form most newspapers that archive their stories on either the internet/cd-rom/ or micro-film (if they are really living in the past)...but back in the 90's who knows they might have that on micro-film or micro-fish...what-ever it was called. It's real small pictures that are actual newspapers and light protrais them on the screen and zooms them up big.

You could sometimes find information at the library in the section where you can view old newspapers from the micromachines.

It should be a matter of public record, take the information you have on hand and start digging. I would start with prosecutors offices.
