some do and some don't..i think in general..the men who brag more often about having "big" penises usually don't..however its pointless to lie because size is less of an issue than how well a man can "use" his penis..In many cases "big" penises give less pleasure than those of "average" size (which btw is 5"-6")

No man can ever get away with the size lie.
But for the sake of clarity, it is completely within reality to give a girl an orgasm if you accurately use whatever you've got.
There are, though, women who believe that only huge penises will give them orgasms.
