Nope, Chlamydia often hasno symptoms in a man. Men can also carry HPV with no symptoms and transmit it to his partner without ever knowing. There are several others with a longer gestation period where there won't be symptoms for an extended period of time. If you have had unprotected sex, it's best to go to your doctor for a screening.

No, plenty of STDs have no symptoms at all for men something. That would include clamydia and HPV.
