Well, its either you smoke too much or you have arsenic poisoning.

Aresenic poisoning is very rare now days, (it was most prevelent in the middle ages with the Kings and Queens, being poisoned by arsenic, so thier rule would end quickly), so, I am going to venture that you are a heavy smoker instead.

Or, you may have been shucking walnuts lately??? hmmm No, that does the entire hand, unless the rubber gloves broke, eh? :)
