Walking lunges. 60 everyday. in a week it will be more tone, in a month it will fill out. Take a large step forward, bring knee of back foot almost to the ground, then switch. You can do it all around your home, no gym needed. Good Luck.

Leg lifts while on your stomach.
Manny leg exercises...esp squats with weights.
Any of the gym machine leg exercises done on stomach position.
