No you will burn. Use factor 25 at least if you are fair skinned.

not at all! you need to use a high factor if your fair, like facotr 25 or something like that. when you have got some colour then maybe you can top up with carrot oil

No no no...... you will burn.....!!! look very unsightly and the very worse give your self cancer. You need to wear at the very least factor 20 to start off with.

no there is no spf in carrot oil you will burn
