No fruits or veggies! Ferrets are obligate carnivores and stuff like that goes right through them. Plus they might be too high in sugar which is bad for ferrets.
A very, very important treat is duck soup. It's a blend of cooked chicken, kibble, baby food, ferritone, and Uncle Jim's Duck Soup mix. Highly nutritious and vital for a sick ferret. You have to get them to like it while they are healthy so they will eat it when they need it. Here's a site that has a few recipes, you might not be able to view them without joining the forum though. http://www.everythingfert.proboards36.com/index.cgi?board=Soup The forum is excellent though, you won't regret joining it!
And be sure to pick up a copy of "Ferrets for Dummies" by Kim Schilling if you haven't already. ;)

No fruits, no veggies, no peanut butter, all have way too much sugar and ferrets lack a part of the intestines called the cecum, which is needed to digest fruits and veggies. However, if it's really just for a treat, like say a reward for a trick or a successful potty visit a tiny bit of either will not hurt them once in a while. I'm teaching mine to roll over and sit up and they usually get a bit of FerretLax or FerretVite or FerreTone for a reward, but on special days they will get HALF of a raisin or HALF of a Yogi treat(by 8in1).
Ferrets' tastes are imprinted when they are young, so start early. The wider a variety of different tastes you offer the less picky they will be later. Duck soup is fine, so is chicken or turkey baby food. I got mine used to it, because it can be a life saver if one of your fuzzies is sick and not eating kibble. Add some FerreTone to what ever you are trying to get your ferts to eat. It helps.
I had to get one of mine used to FerreTone first though. I did it by rubbing some of it on her gums and tongue with my finger. She loves it now. We actually use it when we clip nails. I dribble it on their bellies and they let me clip away while they clean their tummies.

Ferrets love Ferretone--it is an oil supplement to keep their skin oiled from bathing. Ferrets also like cat food and basically anything you eat but only about 10% of their diet and nothing high in salt or any caffeine.

Peanut Butter on just about any normal ferret treat. Peanut butter is uber healthy for those kind of pets too, and along with the other treat(or vitamin/pill if need be) it's an added bonus for your pets health.
