women have more heart than men. they are soft, caring and god loving. not like men , we are tough, cruel, more practical and strict. That's why men are great leaders than women. a good example is queen Cleopatra of Egypt, who fell in love with Marcus Aurelius of Rome.

Depends on your definition of "social contribution". Stereotypically, women are the homemakers and the caregivers while men are the rule makers and the law enforcers. However, in today's world these two stereotypes are continually being challenged and blurred; I don't believe that you can break this question down to simple sex or gender differences. Both men and women are equally important in creating and maintaining our society. After all, one could not survive with out the other - it's a biological impossibility. Ã

actually, a mix of both brings about better results in the work place. women and men both tend to have different qualities, neither of which are always good or always bad...but when mixed together, and tempered, the result is usually moderate and well thought out, because neither group was permitted to run full steam ahead without thinking through the consequences

No, it takes both to create a society. Beyond that, it's unfair to compare because women were oppressed from contributing more in earlier years. Not that they couldn't, because they're proving now they can equally contribute.
