when i try to shut it down after it says shutting down a screen with a bunch of words comes out and it restarts itself. Does anyone know how to fix that? Please help

i cant shut it down i click on start and a screen comes up and i click on shut down. It goes through the steps but just as its going to turn off a screen comes up with a whole bunch of words and it restarts itself. i tried running a spyware and virus scan nothing came up . I dont know what else to do

Just pull the power plug in the back of the PC after shutting down all applications, wait 30 seconds then insert the plug back into the PC and turn the power ON

When you shut it down there should be a window that comes up with 3 choices. They 'log off' 'shut down' and 'restart'. CHoose shut down. If that doesn't work, unplug the power cord. THen take it to someone to fix.

You PC might might infected with virus run your anti-virus software.

What I would do, is unplug it and then take it to a professional to be checked.
