porn is a really hard addiction, people really don't think of it like that, but it is. and the problem is it often filters into other parts of your life. your interactions with your partner can become strange. life becomes about sex and not in a healthy or natural way, your over stimulated, and you think your sex should be just as nasty or dirty as porn. this is a pretty new phenomena considering porn has only become very common place recently. try to occupy your self with something, take a class or start a new hobby, try a counselor if you feel it's more out of control than you can stop. good luck.

If you feel that you have a real problem than go to a group and talk about what you are trying to gain by watching porn. See if there is something that you are missing in you life or trying to cover up with the porn.
