Um for me it is bad to have it when ur only 16. I mean if you really "LOVE" this guy, then go for it. But if you dont then why should you? But if you take my advice ready or not your still too young. Yeah you might go into changes but that dosnt make much of a difference.

You only ask is it bad because of what we have been taught as young ladies. You will never ever hear a young man ask that question. It is never bad because it is all life. You are at a very vulnerable place because you're hormones are racing. You must be true to yourself no matter what anyone else says or thinks. It would be ideal to say wait until you are married but our society is saturated with sex, it is everywhere. I would say to you to not take that step until you are ready, do not let peer pressure or pressure from others make up your mind for you. Just from a guy saying you are pretty is not enough to take such a step. It is your body, do not cheapen it. Make sure he's worth it.

I don't think "bad" is the right word, however, I do NOT reccomend it as you will regret it later! Your first time (which I am imagining it is) should be special and with the right person. Just because someone says you are pretty does not mean that he loves you or will even be interested in talking to you after the fact. I think it is a really, really, really, really, really bad idea, and the simple fact that you are afraid and have reservations proves that this isn't the right guy or the right time. It's not taking it "one step further, it's taking it 100 steps further, as many steps further as you can. Don't do it.

Stay afraid until you are much older. Sex is a major step and shouldn't be taken lightly. A large portion of society feels you should have more than sexual partner to find real compatibility and intimacy but the truth is real compatibility and true intimacy come from getting to know a person very well before you add the complexity of sex. Having more that one sexual partner these days can kill you, give you something without a cure, give you cancer, or make you steril (unable to have children).Once you go there, you can't go back. Enjoy your youth, appreciate your virginity, and love yourself. HPV is the fastest spreading STD in young americans. Chances are if you have sex with someone now, you will contract it. There is no cure and condoms aren't 100% protection.

Yes it's bad for you. Having sex with someone brings you into an emotional bond that is very painful to break. Many young girls have sex because they think it will cause a guy to like them more. Most of the time, the guy moves on quickly. Giving into sex will not get you loved - it will get you used.

Just because a guy says your pretty doesn't mean your ready. Don't have sex untill your ready to face the consequences and everything that comes with having sex. And if you have unprotected sex with one of these guys you run the risk of getting pregnant, contracting a STD, I'm pretty sure that the guy isn't going to be honest with you if you ask him if he has an STD. He will prpbably lie to you just so he can get you into bed. Whatever your decision is remember to be careful and considerate of you and your body.

It is safer to wait until marriage for sex for several reasons. Some of the reasons include STDs, distrust between the partners, broken relationships, unsatisfactory results, pregnancy leading to abortion, and even suicide in some cases! If you are a Christian, the teachings of God tell us that it's far better to wait to dedicate your body to your spouse and be loyal to them- if you've already had sex with someone before marriage, this is nearly impossible to do.

I'm not married, nor have I commited myself to this act, but my knowledge comes from the book of Truth (the Holy Bible). My education from this source entitles me to have the voice to speak of such things only if I've really learned what the text says, which I have.

If a guy says you're pretty, thank him and move on- do they know who you REALLY are? Do they know your heart? God does. Save your body for what God has in plan for you...it will be more rewarding. Your future spouse will learn about your heart, thus allowing the connection and satisfaction in your marriage to be so much stronger.

Benefits: Longer, happier mariage; little risk of STD; no abortion (another life is saved); the best thing is that God will smile upon you and be proud of you for being able to fight back against the Devil's temptation of sexual desires.

I personally dont think it is right to have sex until your are married.1. Because there are so many dangers with or without protection. you dont want to spend the rest of your life with a desease or a baby to take care of who you might outlive. we are young and live your life freely while you can.dont get your heart broken over somebody who just says your pretty, God loves you the way you are

Don't do it. By law you are still considered a minor. Even if you consent to it, it would be considered statutory rape. Your partner could even lie about any disease he may/ may not have. Even using a condom, there's a slim chance you could still get pregnant. Wait until you're 18. In those two years, you'll get to think about what you REALLY want to do in life. College, travel, hanging out with your friends...and then you'll be thankful for the abstinance.

UM, YES IT'S BAD! My birth mother had sex when she was 14 and guess what she got out of that. Me! she had me at the age of 15 and she put me up for adoption. If that is what you want, then by all means have sex when you are 16 otherwise don't!
