Ive had the same email address and password for 5 years or so, never changed it. Went into emails this morning, this evening ive tried to log in to yahoo mail and it keeps saying I have an invalid id and password? Iseem to have been deleted? or is this a nationwide problem? Im in the uk.

Ive had to set up a new email address just so I can post my question on here, but I want my old email address back, I do lots of surveys and ebay etc, and desperately need to get into my emails!

Also ebay are saying Ive given an invalid pasword.

Can anyone help???

Chances are you are not typing the password correctly.

You can always use the password recovery tool on yahoo to reset it.

If you don't log into your E- Mail Account for a period of 4 month's
your Account is automatically deleted. It happened to me and I had the same problem as you've had by being told that I have an Invalid I.D. and Password. I had to open a new Account as well.
If the same thing has happened to you as myself, there is not much you can do about it I'm afraid because the Account has been DELETED

ascertain you tick the field next to the proper e-mail and then press delete. also now and again yahoo server will be busy which skill attempt later. yet otherwise to delete is open the proper e-mail and then press delete button on the best. i wish this works. If no longer i'd wade through help decision and get in touch with yahoo through there.

I go with michael m.

IF U'VE been deleted from yahoo u could sign up again with that id - try it to see if it has been deleted.

Failing that call them cos someone has hijacked ur accounts - yahoo can verify ur id by questioning u - not a fan of ebay but from what ive read good luck with those sob's.

Most probably, and hopefully, there's something wrong with your keyboard. Try typing all the letter in a word processor, you'll know if there are any faulty keys. Good luck!
