You need to be in ghana to apply for jobs as most are advertised locally.Just identify the NGOs ,you can get a list at ministry offices, check out
www.ghana.go.gh
for their phone numbers and call personally.
Alternatively,contact the ghana high commission in canada,they arrange jobs for people wanting to return to ghana.
