i say 1,
he isnt the best role model in the world, he has constant contact with children that are not his, he has been accussed twice of inappropriatly touching a child. he hangs his child from a balcony,he covers his childrens faces and is thinking he is doing good for them and protecting them when all he is doing is scaring them and making them think they are want and will be stolen,he is not proud of who he is, he is changing his skin color , so thats why i rated him as a 1.

Well since none of us can possibly "know" anything about this man "as a person" in real life (only what they say on the news and such), I don't think anyone should act like they "know" him. We can have speculation, but I hope to goodness that every "rating" a person puts on this question is solely a guess and not claiming to be "yes he IS bad" or "yes he IS good" - nobody knows for sure.
As for me, I say 5. I think the man might have some ups and downs to him. But I could be very wrong just like anyone else answering this.

Yes although is a perv. We all forget how much he actually contributed in the music world and charities. I would rate him a 9.
