If you are flying ... ask the airline. They may not let you board

You can usually cross the border into Mexico with no ID (day trip) but I wouldn't want to stopped or talk to a tough INS agent on the way back.

Most Carribbean contries and Mexico will allow you to visit with a birth Certificate and a goverment form if ID. A temporary driving permit issued by a state will work. Check the country you are visiting online and also the airline.

You need to get a passport. If you leave the country with just a temporary licence, you may not get back in.

ya u can travel but it should be international license

Mexico, maybe, but might have trouble getting back home. But otherwise __NO!
