Pro Evolution Soccer 5 is the best ever soccer game, no other game even comes close, well maybe pro evolution soccer 4 ;) It got a higher rating on gamespot than FIFA 06

You cannot go wrong with Fifa Soccer '06. It has many options and fun gameplay to keep you going for a while, as well as online play. The Gamespot review provides insight on the game's overall quality.
