Some people are bipolar and this question confirms my belief that some Americans suffer from being bicoastal.

First off... Kansas is a great place to get an education. Students here perform very high on nationwide tests compared to children in other states. Obviously, reviewing the spelling and grammar in your question, you must be one of the few who drag us below Iowa and Minnesota on the state test score comparisons.

Second... There are a plethora of things to do. Open up your eyes and mind and look around. If you consider most of these things beneath consideration the problem is not Kansas', it's yours.

Third... If you don't already have a job, get one. A part time job is a good way to take up time doing something constructive and perhaps, even learning something outside of the classroom.

Fourth... It is not the job of your parents, your school or the state of Kansas to keep you constantly entertained. Read a book, rent a movie, compose a song... Find something to do on your own and stop complaining.

By the way... My kids, when they were teenagers, said that, considering the fact that the word, Kansas, comes from a Native American word meaning "People of the South Wind," the state didn't suck..... It blowed.

My best to you.

I suggest that you are simply not looking hard enough. I grew up in a little town in New Hampshire, and Kansas can't be any worse. How 'bout a movie? or a museum? Take a painting class! Check things out on the internet. I'm sure you will see that there is more there than you think.

Well, I'm not from Kansas, but I can tell you that it's not Kansas that sucks, but your attitude that does. Make your own fun. Invite some friends over to barbeque. Better yet: get involved in something where you are helping others. There are tons of things to do if you just look around. Open your eyes.

No, Kansas doesn't sound like the excitement capital of the world, except for the occasional tornado.

Bloom where you're planted....my mom used to tell me that boring people get bored. Find something you enjoy doing, and do it. And if you're a boring person, you could probably stand in the middle of Times Square and be bored....

You make your own destiny ..... grow up, become a sole proprietor and create more for future generations of teens in Kansas to do.
