Try this......rub your hands together for 60 seconds.....tick tick tick tick tick tick...you get it....feel the heat? That heat is caused by friction created when two items, your hands, meet and move in opposite directions. For there to be no friction, you would need lubricant that "de-frictioned" your palms. Even then, lubricant is only as good as its last application. Back to the palms.
