I'm not sure if I should write "water color" or "aquarelle" in my resume file. (I'm good in painting)

I would say that it depends upon the recipient of your resume and weather or not it really matters that you are a good artist. A resume should be tailored to the job you are trying to obtain.

If this resume is for a company that would be familiar with artistic vernacular then by all means use aquarelle Ü but if this is just to explain your hobbies, then use watercolor. You don't want to appear too superior to a potential boss ;->

You could put "aquarelle (water color)"
