I dont think it is a lame question. right now I thin kthe world is still kinda working on womans rights. But it is definatley way better than before

yea it does, but IMO if me and a man were doing the same job in the begining it should be the same pay, but if he really rocked at this job and I just did allright then it would make sence if he got a bigger raise than me

But, did you know that women live longer than men and when her husband dies, she can spend that extra 20cents per hour any which way she wants!
