California University of Pennsylvania... It was originally just a teacher's college and it offers an excellent program for teacher certification as well a wonderful art program and a pre veterinary program. New apartment style dorms have just been built, giving Cal U of PA some of the best student housing in the country. We also have had some renovations done to other buildings to make it a top notch campus.

If you want to be a vet, Univeristy of california Davis. it is the best vet school available but highly competitive.

There is a Veterinary college in Guelph Ontario that is the best one in Canada. I have no idea of where you are though.
